Gränges has today published its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2024. For the first time, the report includes a comprehensive Sustainability statement preparing for the CSRD reporting standard.
“2024 was a record year for Gränges in many ways. We delivered the highest-ever sales volume, earnings, and best sustainability performance, marking the completion of the successful first phase of our Navigate strategy,” said Jörgen Rosengren, President and CEO of Gränges.
The report highlights progress in the Navigate strategy, introduced three years ago, including the completion of major capacity investments in the U.S., Sweden, and Poland. In 2024, Gränges further expanded in Asia with the acquisition of a production facility in Shandong, China. Its customer-focused and diversified approach drove market share growth across all three regions and strengthened long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers. Gränges also delivered strong results in sustainability, achieving an all-time low in decarbonization and record-high recycling rate for the full year. These milestones put the company firmly on track toward its net-zero goal.
“In the first three years of the Navigate plan, we have built a solid foundation for sustainable and profitable growth. 2024 marked the completion of the first phase: Restore. We made significant progress towards our long-term financial targets set in 2021. Since then, adjusted operating profit and net profit have increased by 60 percent and 70 percent, respectively, in a challenging market,” said Jörgen Rosengren, President and CEO of Gränges.
Gränges Annual and Sustainability Report 2024 is available on Gränges’ website under reports and presentations.
