Gränges has resolved on a new date for the Annual General Meeting 2023. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 14 June 2023 at 4.00 p.m. CEST at Finlandshuset Konferens, Stockholm.
Since notice of the Annual General Meeting that was planned to be held on 27 April 2023 has not been published in due time in the Official Swedish Gazette (Sw. Post- och Inrikes Tidningar), the Board of Directors of Gränges has resolved to postpone the Annual General Meeting to 14 June 2023. Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be published no later than four weeks prior to the new date. The proposals and agenda are unchanged compared to the notice published by the company on 23 March 2023. Shareholders who have notified Gränges of their intention to participate at the Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2023 will be contacted by Euroclear Sweden AB.
