With reference to the press release issued by Orkla ASA on the 8th of May 2014, we would like to inform you that the board of Orkla ASA, the owner of Gränges AB, has decided to explore the possibility of listing Gränges AB on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
This decision is part of Orkla’s long-term strategy to become a pure-play branded consumer goods company.
The process which has been initiated means no change for you as a Gränges customer.
