Meet Peter Alvarsson, one of Gränges' most experienced employees.
Peter Alvarsson works as a production leader at Gränges. He has worked at Gränges since 1986 and has held several different roles in production.
As a production leader, Peter has many different tasks. He coaches and develops his employees so that they can grow and perform. He develops and follows up on goals and works to improve EHS, productivity and quality. He is also involved in improvement work together with area managers, technicians and employees.
Peter has developed both personally and professionally during his time at Gränges. He has had the opportunity to attend many good courses in different areas and he believes that he has grown in his leadership role by becoming more experienced over the years. He enjoys his current role and is excited about a new area of responsibility.

When he's not at work, he has a keen interest in rallying. Together with his brother, he travels around Sweden filming rally competitions, which he posts on Rally Sweden, a website for rally enthusiasts.
