Gränges is strengthening its commitment to sustainability by collaborating with industry leaders and policymakers to drive recycling initiatives in Tennessee, USA. By engaging with key stakeholders and supporting industry-wide efforts, Gränges contributes to a more sustainable future through innovative recycling solutions and responsible waste management.
Gränges has joined forces with Scepter, Shapiro Metals, Aluminum Association, Tennessee Environmental Council, and The Recycling Partnership to promote responsible recycling practices. This aims to drive sustainable solutions and strengthen community efforts in waste reduction.
As part of its commitment, Gränges is supporting local legislature designed to enhance recycling infrastructure and increase awareness of waste management solutions. In a recent discussion industry leaders reinforced the importance of corporate engagement in driving policy changes that support a circular economy.

Rosa Laxamana, VP of Sustainability Gränges Americas, emphasizes the role of businesses in advancing sustainability. She highlights the importance of collaboration in achieving effective recycling solutions and reducing environmental impact.
“By diverting scrap from landfills and directing it back into manufacturing processes, we reduce the need for primary aluminium, lower our carbon footprint, and support the commitment to sustainable practices such as circularity and recycling,” said Rosa Laxamana.
