Aluminium powders have been at the core of our business for over 30 years. The inert gas atomization process yields spherical and homogeneous particles, and the state-of-the-art post-processing line ensure powders with high cleanliness and tight powder size distribution, suitable for additive manufacturing and other PM processes.
We propose AM powder in both standard aluminium alloys and in high-performance aluminium materials. In either case, at GPM you will find both high quality and competitive prices.
Two alloys of our low CTE DISPAL® portfolio are qualified for Additive Manufacturing by Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF). The printing of DISPAL® S220, and DISPAL® S260 is done through a network of qualified partners and GPM propose a free initial assessment from a team of internal experts.
Our off-the-shelf PSD is suitable for LPBF, but if you wish to have your powder customized to a different fraction, just get in touch with our team and we will assist you to find the right solution for your needs.
